JimMOONEYPassed away peacefully with his daughter Linda and son-in-law John by his side on 16 November 2025, aged a wonderful and vibrant 86 years.
Beloved, dedicated and devoted husband of Rita (Margaret), cherished and loved dad and friend to Linda and John, caring Pappie to Mada and loving brother of Letty and Jean. A kind and true friend to so many other people in his magnificent life including being 'Papa Jeem' to all his Romanian friends, young and old!
In accordance with Jim's wishes, we would like to invite you to The Crichton Golf Club, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4TH on Tuesday 9th December 2025 at 10am for the Dedication to Jim's life, thereafter to Sweetheart Abbey Cemetery, New Abbey, DG2 8BU at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired can be given at the Service in memory of Jim. No dress code.
